Sealed proposal in ink typewritten one (1) copy will be received from bonafide suppliers on August 3, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Barangay Hall, Barangay Pinili, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija on which date, time and place the bid will publicly opened in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorized representative for the CONSTRUCTION OF FENCE OF MULTI PURPOSE BUILDING at Brgy. Pinili, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. Two envelope system, will be used as per implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act 9184. the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. (P500, 000.00).
Each bid shall accompanied by Bidders Bond in the form of either Cash, Manager's Check, Bank Guarantee acceptable to the Government and payable to the Barangay Treasurer equivalent to two point five percent (2.5 %) of the total amount of bid as guarantee of good faith otherwise the bid shall not honored by the Committee on Awards.
