Construction of Perimeter Fence
1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through its loan granted from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 499, 994.59 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Perimeter Fence located at Purok-5, Poblacion, Sumilao, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sumilao Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the Construction of Perimeter Fence with a total floor area of 1, 003.84 meter. Completion of Works is required 100 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
