The Barangay Lumangbayan, San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 265, 320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% DF of Barangay Lumangbayan San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Construction of the Perimeter Fence received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
