1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a pedestrian road in Ustronie along with the construction of a pedestrian crossing, including an access ramp, active D6 signs and indicator tiles for the visually impaired, construction of retention basins between the road and the sidewalk, exits, lighting at the pedestrian crossing and equipment of the existing bus stop by installing small architecture elements.2. Task titled: Construction of a pedestrian road in the town Ustronie - FELD.03.01-IZ.00-0004/25 is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the regional program European Funds for Children for 2021-20275. Detailed guidelines regarding the execution of the subject of the order constituting a description the subject of the order were included in the following studies: 1) Draft contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ;2) Technical documentation - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.6. The bill of quantities included in the design documentation - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - is of an auxiliary nature.
