The scope of the order includes the performance of all necessary works for the proper functioning of elements to perform the order, in accordance with applicable law and Orders of the General Director of National Roads and Motorways. All necessary design studies must be prepared and obtained on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, permits, decisions and consents necessary to perform the Agreement in accordance with the Employer's Requirements, perform construction works.
