The subject of the order is: Design and execution, in accordance with the assumptions of the "design and build" system, including the following works: ● Construction of a section of the sidewalk along DK40 in the town of Głogówek on the left side (from km 41+320 to km 41+610). ● Execution pedestrian crossings at the entrance of the municipal road (Bończyka Street).● Implementation of dedicated lighting at the designated pedestrian crossing.● Implementation of a system of textured surface markings for people with visual impairments. Included in the design and implementation stages works include, among others: activities: 1) Making a site visit to identify the subject of the order. 2) Obtaining geodetic materials for design purposes. 3) Preparing a situational and elevation map for design purposes - depending on needs.4) Preparation of design documentation required for reporting construction works (appropriate sketches and drawings and description).5) Preparation of an executive design with all accompanying studies (road part + industries, including sanitary).6) Preparation of a water law report and obtaining appropriate water law permits - depending on needs.7) Preparation of materials for obtaining consent to cut down trees along with a decision - depending on needs.8) Preparation of documentation geotechnical subsoil.9) Preparation of design documentation for installations and accompanying devices (external) - depending on needs.10) Conducting a road safety audit for the construction design stage.11) Preparation...
