The subject of the order is: Construction of a pedestrian road along DK39 in the town of Lubsza - a section of the sidewalk on the right side (from km 55+880 to km 55+980), including the design stage and the implementation stage in accordance with the assumptions of the "design and build" system. Without limitation for the works listed below, but in accordance with all other requirements specified in the FUP, the logical whole resulting from the completion of the design process and resulting from applicable law, as part of the order, the design and execution of in particular the following works: · construction of a sidewalk approximately 100 m long on the right side of national road No. 39; · reconstruction of the power grid in the event of a collision; ·construction of sidewalk drainage. The scope of the design and implementation stages of works includes, among others: activities: 1) Making a site visit to identify the subject of the order. 2) Obtaining geodetic materials for design purposes. 3) Preparing a situational and elevation map for design purposes - depending on needs. 4) Development design documentation required to report construction works (appropriate sketches and drawings and description). 5) Preparation of an executive design with all accompanying studies (road part + industries, including sanitary). 6) Preparation of a report water law together with obtaining appropriate water law permits - depending on needs.7) Preparation of materials for obtaining consent to cut down trees along with a decision - depending on needs.8) Preparation of geotechnical documentation...
