Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of the public procurement is construction work consisting in the execution of construction works for the task: Construction of a pedestrian crossing on ul. Rcka.b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using the following documents: draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ design documentation, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ bills of quantities, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZc) If the manufacturer's name, trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems appear in any annex to the SWZ, the products may be replaced by equivalent ones. The Ordering Party considers the following solutions to be equivalent solutions that make it possible to achieve the effect intended by. the Ordering Party using other technical solutions.
