1. The subject of the order is an investment intention including design, obtaining the required administrative decisions, including a decision on a building permit and the final decision on the occupancy permit or notification of completion of construction works together with with a certificate of no grounds for objection to the use and execution of the task consisting in the construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles on the section of the Zimin river along the district road No. 2447P (from the intersection with the provincial road DW434) along with its widening. 2. The investment plan also includes carrying out an inventory of the existing condition affecting the design and implementation of the facility, preparing a division of the property, obtaining a decision on a water and legal permit, if required, obtaining a ZRID decision, preparing bills of quantities, developing traffic organization with approval for the duration of the works, developing and obtaining approval of the target, permanent traffic organization. 3. The exact scope of work is included in the Program Functional and Utility, which constitutes an annex to these proceedings.4.
