The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path in the former railway areas in the town of Malczyce, on the section connecting ul. Sienkiewicza from ul. Dworcow. The scope of the task includes: in particular preparatory and earthworks, construction and surface of the pedestrian and bicycle route, construction of roadsides, vertical and horizontal markings, drainage elements, hybrid lighting, bicycle repair stations, street furniture elements and making replacement plantings in accordance with the project documentation.3. The order must be performed: in accordance with the SWZ, including the scope and conditions specified in the technical documentation (including the construction design), and the proposed provisions contractual;
