Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF PCCP AT SITIO PADUAL
1)The Barangay Government of Barangay San Andres, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte through the 20% BDF intends to apply the sum of P155, 660.63 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of PCCP at Sitio Padual. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Barangay Government of Barangay San Andres, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Construction of PCCP at Sitio Padual. Completion of the Works is required December Bidders should have completed, within 7 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
