1) The Barangay Government Unit of Merida, Leyte, Barangay Poblacion, through the 20% Development Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pathway to Selected Districts at Brgy. Poblacion, Merida, Leyte - ITB-2026-04-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government Unit of Merida, Leyte, Barangay Poblacion now invites bids for Construction of Pathway to Selected Districts at Brgy. Poblacion, Merida, Leyte. Completion of the Works is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
