FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAYS AT MERCADO
(PUROK 1A AND 1B)
1) The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, through the General Fund (20% Development
Fund3) intends to apply the sum of 1, 989, 505.14 (One Million Nine Hundred Eighty
Nine Thousand Five Hundred Five Pesos and 14/100) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF
PATHWAYS AT MERCADO (PUROK 1A AND 1B). Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF
PATHWAYS AT MERCADO (PUROK 1A AND 1B).4 Completion of the Works is
required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
