CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAYS
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LANAUAN, PASTRANA, LEYTE
through the 20% Brgy AIP 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Three Thousand Seven Hundred Five 80/100 Pesos only (₱ 203, 705.80), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pathways Bids received in excess the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LANAUAN now invites bids
for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Improvement of Pathway Zone-1, must be delivered within Twenty-Four (24) Calendar Days.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
