Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will conduct post-qualification to the lowest calculated bid.

All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before August 21, 2026, Friday 10:00 AM at the BAC Meeting Room, Lacnog West Multi-purpose Hall, Lacnog West, Tabuk City. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the bids as may be considered most advantageous to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Lacnog West, Tabuk City.
