1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY CORO-CORO TIWI,
ALBAY, THROUGH 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNRED FIFTY SEVEN PESOS 50/100(PHP 299, 257.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY OF PUROK 6 BARANGAY CORO-CORO, TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY CORO-CORO, TIWI,
