Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY (PHASE 2)



1) The Barangay Local Government of Babaclayon, San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the 20% BLGU-DF2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY (PHASE 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BLGU Babaclayon, San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for construction of 0.15m x 1.20m x 90.0 linear meter concrete pathway in the barangay premises. Completion of the Works is required 32 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
