The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF TUGBUNGAN, through the Barangay Annual Budget for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY TWO PESOS AND 60/100 (Php.319, 232.60) ONLY being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Pathway at Los Primos Drive, Tugbungan, Zamboanga City with Contract Reference No. CW 2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
