SUPPLY OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY

AT CENTRO 1 OF BRGY CULIS



1 The BARANGAY CULIS through the 20% CDF intends to apply the sum of ( Php 174, 595.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY AT CENTRO 1 OF BARANGAY CULIS/26 CULIS 005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be auhtomatically rejected at bid opening.

2 The BARANGAY CULIS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Deliver of the Goods is required by 15 Calendars days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section ll (Instructions to Bidders ).

3 Biddding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary "past/fail critertion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations ( RR) No.9184.
