1. The BLGU - Bahay, Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2026 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Two Thousand Two Hundred Thirty One Pesos Only (Php142, 231.00) for the Construction of Pathway, Barangay Bahay, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Pathway, Barangay Bahay, Sta. Margarita Samar, BLGU2026-300-043. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU - Bahay, Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 10 days.
