CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY AND CANAL AT BARANGAY SAN JUAN MALVAR BATANGAS
1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No.001 - 01 Series of 2026 Supplemental Budget No.1 dated March 23, 2026 Office of the Municipal Mayor - Capital Outlay (CO) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P 2, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY AND CANAL AT BARANGAY SAN JUAN MALVAR BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-052026-010549. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required within 90 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
