1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Lourdes, Tiwi, Albay, through 20% Barangay Development Funds CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY -SEVEN PESOS AND THIRTY SIX CENTAVOS ONLY (PHP 119, 277.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the . CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Lourdes, Tiwi, Albay, now invites bidders for the CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY
. Delivery of the Goods is required TEN (10) days after receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
