1. The BLGU-Barangay Can-aga, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Through the 20% EDF of 2026, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY SIX PESOS (Php. 308, 746.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAYS, at Barangay Can-aga, Borongan City, Eastern Samar.
