1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Tarosanan, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of One hundred thirty four thousand four hundred thirty two and 81/100 (Php 134, 432.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Pathway. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Barangay Tarosanan, now invites bids for Constructionof Flood Control System . Completion of the Works is required 8 calendar days.
