Description : 1. The Municipality of Jomalig, Quezon through the Annual Budget CY 2023, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 876, 750.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Pathway” with project identification number APP No. 2024-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BLGU of Bukal JOMALIG, QUEZON - now invites bids for above-mentioned project, “Construction of Pathway”. Completion of the Works is required within 27 working days from date of issuance of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
