Description : 1. The Brgy. Cansaganay, Daram, Samar, through the 20% Development Fund-2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos only (P719, 975.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pathwalk, Brgy. Cansaganay, Daram, Samar, INFRA 2026-02.2 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Cansaganay, Daram, Samar now invites bids for Construction of Pathwalk, Brgy. Cansaganay, Daram, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 56 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
