FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PATH WALK OF ZONE 1, 2, 3 AND 7, BARANGAY LUPI, SAN
FERNANDO, CAMARINES SUR
The Local Government Unit of Barangay Lupi, San Fernando, Camarines Sur, through the Economic
Development Fund (EDF) 2026, intends to apply the sum of THREE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(₱300, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for the Procurement of
Construction Materials and Labor for the Construction of Path Walk at Zones 1, 2, 3 and 7,
Barangay Lupi, San Fernando, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
In this regard, the Local Government Unit of Barangay Lupi now invites bids for the Procurement of
Construction Materials and Labor for the Construction of Path Walk at Zones 1, 2, 3 and 7
Barangay Lupi, San Fernando, Camarines Sur. The project shall be completed within the period
specified in the Contract. Bidders should have completed, within the prescribed period under the
