Invitation to Bid for Construction of Pathwalk
1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Gusa, San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the 20% BLGU-DF2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pathwalk. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BLGU HAGBAY, San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for Construction of 50 ln.m. Pathwalk of the barangay premises. Completion of the Works is required 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
