1) The Municipality of Pinabacdao, through the 2025 MDF intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWALK FOR 3 BARANGAYS OF PINABACDAO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinabacdao now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWALK FOR 3 BARANGAYS OF PINABACDAO - Construction of Concrete Pathwalk at (Barangay Catigawan, Layo and Canlobo, ). Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
