Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of an external elevator at the Wodowice City and Commune Office, intended for people with special needs, along with the reconstruction of rooms in the building, along with technical infrastructure and hardening of the area. in accordance with the attached design documentation together with annexes to the design documentation and annexes to the construction design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and in accordance with the decision on construction permit No. 97/2026 of February 11, 2026 r. The subject of the order also includes obtaining an occupancy permit or no objection to reporting the completion of construction on behalf of the Ordering Party.2. The detailed scope and description of the construction works that are the subject of the order are specified in the design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works and other documents indicated in section 1 constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. Moreover, the Contractor's obligations related to the execution of the order are also specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 from SWZ.
