Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PARKS AND PLAZA (PHASE I)
1. The Municipality of Balagtas, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Eight Hundred Twenty Two Thousand One Hundred Seven Pesos and Eighty-Four Centavos (₱ 6, 822, 107.84 ), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PARKS AND PLAZA (PHASE I) (CPP 05-02-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balagtas now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF PARKS AND PLAZA (PHASE I) (CPP 05-02-2026). The provision of services is required for a total period of Ninety (90 working days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
