1. Nazwa zamwienia: Budowa parkingu przy ul. Armii Krajowej/ul. Bohaterw 14-tej Brygady.2. The subject of the order is: construction of a parking lot/parking spaces located at ul. Home Army/Boh of the 14th Brigade in Tomaszow Mazowiecki, including drainage and lighting of the area.3. Order will be implemented in the Design and Build mode on the basis of the Functional and Utility Program. The contractor is obliged to prepare and present the land development concept to the ordering party for its opinion and approval. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes and modifications concept. The approved concept will be the basis for obtaining the necessary consents, decisions and permits as well as for carrying out construction works4. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is determined by the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) and the Specification of Order Conditions (SWZ).5.
