The subject of the order is the construction of a parking lot at Primary School No. 3 in Chmielnik. The subject of the order includes road and paving works. The scope of the entire construction project includes: - construction of parking spaces, - construction of a snow storage area, - construction maneuvering road, - construction of an exit, - construction of pedestrian roads, - installation of horizontal and vertical markings, - installation of balustrades and handrails, - replacement of equipment for electricity pole stations, - demolition works and land development. Detailed description the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ Design Documentation and Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB). The scope of the order includes all works, materials, devices and services necessary to perform the order and transfer of facilities for use in accordance with their intended purpose, both resulting directly from the design documentation, including bills of quantities and STWiORB, as well as those not included therein, e.g.: preparatory and cleaning works, development of the construction site, including: construction facilities, securing the construction site in accordance with occupational health and safety, surveying services.
