Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a housing estate parking lot for passenger cars along with a pedestrian crossing and planting trees and shrubs at ul. Lily of the Valley in Opole. 2. The scope of construction works includes the construction of 17 parking spaces, including 2 parking spaces parking spaces for disabled people with a surface made of aura slabs and concrete cubes, a communication route for pedestrians made of concrete cubes, implementation of greenery plantings in accordance with the planting design and delivery and installation of small architecture elements, i.e. benches and baskets on the garbage. Additionally, the scope of works includes demolition works and cutting down of existing trees.
