Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Twelve Pesos & 41/100 (Php3, 465, 712.41) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Paddock Fence in the Paddock Area at DA-DPDC in Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement project using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of works is required in sixty-three (63) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
