Tenders are invited for Construction Packages PK4B(I)-B&C Lusail Hotel - Interior Fit-Out Works and PK4B(II)-B&C Lusail Hotel - MEP 2nd and 3rd Fix Works for Katara Towers at Lusail

r Be a Grade `A` Local or International (JV) Contracting Company having experience in delivering high-end five star luxury fit-out / finishes and MEP works in high-rise hotel towers Experience within the last 5 years in projects of similar size, scope, character and complexity, within GCC/MENA or elsewhere
c Minimum of one completed similar project, within 5 years and Contract value not less than QRS. 500 million. Construction Turnover (evidence to be provided) per annum of not less than OR. 500 million Audited financial accounts that are fror not earlier than 2014 to be provided.
Not exposed to financial complications because of pending litigation or arbitration and not involved in significant works.
Evidence of average annual manpower over last 3 years to be provided.
Organization details and along with list of persons, who will be associated with the Project to be submitted. c Submit Details of Sub contractors for Multidisciplinary Works.
r A payment of non-refundable document fees of QAR 50, 000.00 should be deposited to Katara Hospitality Bank Account No. 0013-038587-060 with Qatar National Bank, c Copies of valid Company Commercial Registration. Computer Card, and Authorization Letter & Bank deposited receipt must be submitted in order to collect the tender documents.
A tender bond of QAR 30.000.000.00, issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar, valid for 180 days from the closing date, should be included with the technical submission. c All tenderers MUST collect their original tender bonds from Katara Hospitality - Procurement Department upon expiry of the Tender Bond, unless alternate instructions are issued by Katara Hospitality, c Printed proposal to be submitted in sealed envelopes with a (SOFT COPY on CD or USB).
The successful tenderer is required to submit a performance bond issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar equivalent to 10% of the contract sum and valid up to 90 days after the expiry of the DLP.
Offers should be valid for 180 days commencing from the closing date, o Katara Hospitality has the right to increase or decrease the scope of services by 20% with the same terms, conditions.
Katara Hospitality is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any other tender and is under no obligation to show reasons thereof.
Bids should be submitted not later than 12:00 noon of the closing date and must be deposited into the Box. provided in the Katara Hospitality Internal Audit-s Office, located at Katara Hospitality Head Quarters and should be in sealed envelopes addressed to the Chairman-Tenders Committee, quoting the Tender Number and Subject.
c Offers arriving thereafter may not be considered.
