The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the LGU BUGUEY-Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (P 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF OYSTER FARM WITH WALKWAY AT VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
