The City Government of Lipa, through the Annual Appropriation CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred One Million One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos and 28/100 (P101, 114, 822.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF OVAL TRACK, CENTER FIELD, AND OTHER ANCILLARY FACILITIES AT GOVERNMENT COMPLEX, BRGY. TALISAY, LIPA CITY, with Project Identification Number-2026-06-2004.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
