Tender Details

The site is located in Otalammi in the market area next to torparinti and oikokuja. The soil is rock and sand/gravel. The area in use is about 650 m2. Asphalting must not exceed 500 m2. The minimum quality requirement for asphalt is AB8. The skatepark must be made paving and joining from the sidewalk. The surface area of the skate park must be at least 300 m2, this does not include access from the sidewalk. as a French contract with a fixed total price of 50 000€. The customer hopes that the plan contains at least the following elements or similar functionalities: mini ramp, bank, rail, manual pad, pyramid corner, Funbox and ditch ramp. Required features: 1. Durable and safe construction that meets the safety standards set for the skatepark.2. A plan that takes into account the possible expansion of the area in the future. The offer must contain at least the following information and documents:1. Plan of the skate park - station drawing - element plan - preliminary implementation plan2. Technical data of the elements - element-specific functional/technical specification - material data3. Work schedule - estimated start time - estimated completion time - duration of implementation4. References - previous equivalents skate park or skate element destinations5. Reports in accordance with the Customer Liability Act The contract must be completed and received with approval no later than 15 October 2026. The delay fine is determined in accordance with the YSE 1998 conditions.
