The subject of the order is the development of full design documentation along with obtaining a building permit and, based on it, the execution of construction works. The planned investment involves the construction of the Orlik sports complex in Rozwadza, ul. Parkowa/Waryskiego including with the execution of construction works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned order and obtaining all necessary administrative decisions. The scope of the planned investment can be included in two stages: 1) Preparation of multi-discipline design documentation based on PFU and obtaining final decision on the construction permit (concept, construction design, finishing design separate for each specialty, STWiORB, separate bill of quantities for each specialty, detailed investor cost estimate) 2) Execution of construction works based on approved design documentation with obtaining a decision on the permit to use the facility and preparation of as-built documentation.
