Construction of an organic recycling installation through bio-waste fermentation in ŁCR in the design and build formula The subject of the order is design, obtaining the required administrative decisions, delivery, execution, assembly, commissioning and putting into operation an organic recycling installation through fermentation of bio-waste on the premises of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o. o. in Marszów, in the "design and build" formula under the conditions specified in the template Agreement, in accordance with the applicable law, technical and construction regulations, principles of technical knowledge, and maintaining the highest professional diligence. The works will be carried out on the premises of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o. o. in Marszów, plot no. 175/1, precinct 0013, Marszów. The implementation of the subject of the contract may not lead to downtime of the plant. If for any reason it would be necessary to stop the operation of part or all of the plant, the Contractor should include this fact in the material and financial schedule. A detailed description and method of executing the order is included in the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as "FFU") constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the FFU and the SWZ, the provisions of the FFU should be considered binding.
