INVITATION TO BID
“Construction of Operation Center Phase I”
The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos Only (P20, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Operation Center Phase I” (Ref. No. 327-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Description of the above Project is as follows: “Civil Works to include Earthworks, Plain and Reinforced Concrete, Plumbing and Electrical for the Ground and Second Floor to the Proposed Four-Storey Building with the total floor area of 1500.00 square meters” and is located in Capitol Compound, Brgy. Payompon, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.
