CONSTRUCTION FOR OPENING OF ROAD AT BARANGAY SANGAY
1. The Municipal Government of Malita, through the MEO - Road Network (CAPITAL OUTLAY) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3, 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Opening of Road at Barangay Sangay / CW #25068. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Malita, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
