1 The BARANGAY TIPO through the 20% CDF intends to apply the sum of ( Php 179, 255.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OPEN CANAL OF BARANGAY TIPO/26 TIPO 001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be auhtomatically rejected at bid opening.
2 The BARANGAY TIPOnow invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Deliver of the Goods is required by 15 Calendars days.Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section ll (Instructions to Bidders ).
3 Biddding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary "past/fail critertion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations ( RR) No.9184.
