MacArthur, through the FY 2025 Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF_SBDP of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, FY 2026) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (Php 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of One-Storey School Building at Pingan Elementary School, Brgy. Pingan, Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
