1. The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the 2021 LGSF-SBDP of the National Task Force to ELCAC intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of One Storey School Building in Marciano Dapar Elementary School (CW-CON-21-82). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety Calendar Days (90 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
