Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE SCHOOL BUILDING
1) The Local Government Unit of Paluan, through the Continuing 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six hundred Seven Pesos and 77/100 (Php1, 499, 607.77) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of One School Bulding with ID No. 13 - 26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Paluan now invites bids for Construction of One School Building. Completion of the Works is required 93 CD. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Sec-tion II Instruction to Bidders. (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Pro-curement Act (NGPA)”.
