1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance 2026-02 intends to apply the sum One Hundred Twenty-Three Million, Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos & 04/100 (Php123, 718, 529.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of One Cabugao Agri Civic Center (Phase III), Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with Contract No. 2026-03-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 276 calendar days.
