(Php.1, 999, 902.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of One (1) Unit, One Storey Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Sugsugin”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
