Construction of One (1) Storey Administrative Building
1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through its loan granted from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 999, 493.13 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of One (1) Storey Administrative Building located at Purok-5, Poblacion, Sumilao, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sumilao Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the Construction of One (1) Storey Administrative Building with a total floor area of 213.00 square meter. Completion of Works is required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within 120 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
